These keychains are made of bone pendants with religious Om symbols tied to a durable nylon cord. These water buffalo Bone key chains are handmade in Nepal by the local tribe called Tamangs in the Kathmandu Valley. They are finely carved and well painted or shined. These keychains are attached to a durable nylon thread and would last a long time.

The design carved is of the OM or AUM or OHM, the supreme mantra of Shiva.
