Large roomy rectangular tote cut from an American all natural vegetable tanned cowhide. A little heavier than the Italian bags and firmer. The body of the bag is 6/7 oz and the handles are ~ 10 oz. The leather 'tans' in the sun - it will become darker and softer with use. 

From the original Alpine Collection that was made with a French all natural veg tanned leather - these bags were inspired by the Swiss army bags. And just like the vintage army and postal bags, these are individually made and completely hand-stitched.

Two straps are hand-stitched round the entire bag and attached to handles with solid brass squares. Included is a long double thick one inch shoulder or cross-body strap. Front exterior pocket.

Roomy enough for a small laptop, the dimensions are as follows: 4" deep, 8.5" high x 10" wide.
